SRT Session Details

Preparing for your SRT Session

Thank you for your interest in a Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) session. I am excited to be working with you! SRT is a spiritual process that’s like clearing out the “Hard Drive” of your soul. We will identify related limiting beliefs and programs established in your conscious and subconscious minds and research them back to the point of origin. These can be rooted in a past life, your childhood, in the recent past, present or future. Together, we’ll use kinesiology or muscle-testing (a pendulum and book of channeled charts) to circumvent your conscious mind to more easily access your subconscious mind and soul records. This will then inform us where to pinpoint and release collected discordant energies you may have accumulated from negative past experiences either from a former lifetime or in your current one. These discordant energies are then cleared from your “hard drive” and are replaced with positive programming. Your limiting beliefs are identified, removed, and replaced with life-affirming truths.

You can prepare for our session by considering areas in your life you’d like to focus on during our time together. I suggest you make a brief list of challenges you’d like to address during your session. This helps set your intention and guides us in researching and clearing the energies and belief patterns that are hindering you from enjoying your life, work, and relationships.

 The list below are some common areas you may wish to consider:

  • ​​Present Life Crises: Negative or limiting challenges, dreams, beliefs, and blocks to positive physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual expressions of life.

  • Life Purpose: Feeling stuck, lost and/or blocked to your connection with Spirit and your intuitive gifts and abilities.

  • Success: School, work, parenting, etc.

  • ​​Finances, Career, and Creativity: Challenges and negative patterns in the area of prosperity and abundance.

  • Relationships: Difficult relationships with family members, co-workers, or others.

  • ​​Marriage Challenges: Poor communication, infidelity, intimacy issues.

  • Health Problems: Allergies, illnesses, phobias, etc.

  • Weight:  Difficulty achieving and maintaining ideal body weight.

  • Addictions: Recurring emotional difficulties, negative behavior patterns, or addictions.

  • ​​Sleep Issues:  Night terrors, insomnia, children who can’t sleep alone or through the night.

  • ​​Infertility: Difficulty conceiving, holding a pregnancy, fear of parenthood

Session Details

Our first SRT Session together may last between 90-120 minutes, depending on what’s coming up to clear. I ask clients to allow for up to 2 hours minutes for our first call on the off-chance the session runs a bit over. Subsequent sessions typically run between 60-75 minutes, and I ask for clients to allow up to 90 minutes just in case we need extra time.

I want you to be comfortable, so please feel free to be as relaxed as you like, sitting or laying somewhere comfortable is ideal. It’s common to fall asleep or nod off during part of your session, so don’t worry if you’ve missed something. The session will be recorded so you can re-listen.

We’ll be moving a lot of energy, so plan to have some water nearby so you can stay hydrated.

I use either Zoom or a recorded phone conference line for our sessions so you can re-listen anytime you like. It's super easy. At the time of our session, either click on the Zoom link in the appointment confirmation email or call 971-358-7022 and enter PIN code 83740 to connect.

To make the most out of our call, plan be in a quiet place without distractions so we can devote all our attention to you.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Our time together is important. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, you need to do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time by sending an e-mail to paige@paigehamilton.com or calling 310-838-8282.

Otherwise, this will be considered a missed call/appointment, and your payment will not be refunded.
