How is this different from ongoing coaching with you? My 1:1 coaching is a multi-month partnership where we identify patterns, break them, build new strategy, and integrate the change so it holds. The Integrative Intensive is a single, focused session. Some people book this and get exactly what they need. Others discover they want the deeper work. Either is right.
What should I bring? A specific situation, decision, or pattern you're stuck on. After you book, I'll send a short questionnaire to help you prepare.
What's the cancellation policy? 48 hours notice to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
