You've built something real.

And yet something isn't moving.

You've made bold moves, navigated hard things, and proven, more than once, that you're capable of extraordinary things. And yet there's a ceiling you keep hitting, and no amount of effort, strategy, or self-awareness has been able to crack it.

Here's what nobody is talking about: having all the right strategy and years of experience doesn't guarantee breakthrough. In fact, that's what makes being stuck at a plateau so disorienting. You've done everything "right." And you're still here.

The reason you can't break through isn't because you haven't tried hard enough. It isn't because you need a better strategy, a new framework, or more discipline. You've already proven you have all of that.

The reason you're stuck is something you can't see. It lives beneath strategy, beneath effort, beneath everything you have access to on your own.

You cannot strategy your way out of a pattern you cannot see.

Let me guess.

You're not new at this. You've navigated hard things before. Built careers, businesses, lives that other people look at and think, "They've got it figured out." You've made bold moves that took real courage. And you've always found a way through.

Until now.

The frustration runs deep.

The strategies that used to work have stopped working, and you can't figure out why. You're doing everything you've always done, maybe more, and the needle isn't moving. You've hired coaches, tried their frameworks, implemented their playbooks. Maybe you got a short-term win here and there. But you're still at essentially the same level, and the gap between what you know you're capable of and where you actually are has become something you carry with you every day.

You're making decisions from "should" instead of clarity. Opportunities pass by while you're paralyzed by a resistance you can't name. And you're watching others in your field break through to the next level while you keep meeting the same invisible wall.

And underneath all that effort? Something you may not be saying out loud. The shame of being stuck when you've been at this for years. You've navigated harder things than this. You should be able to figure it out. And yet here you are.

The self-trust is slipping

You used to know. You used to trust your gut, make the call, move forward. Now you're second-guessing everything, looking outside yourself for answers because clearly your own judgment isn't getting you unstuck.

But it goes deeper than indecision. There's a growing suspicion that the version of success you've been chasing was assembled from other people's expectations. That the way you've been leading, the choices that looked so smart, were shaped by what was expected of you, not what was true for you. You made all the right moves. And it still doesn't feel like yours.

You've been hiding parts of yourself to fit in or stay safe, dimming your brilliance to avoid being "too much," performing a version of leadership that doesn't fit. And there's a growing sense that you're betraying yourself by continuing to do it. But how do you make bold changes when you're already overwhelmed? When there's no one in your life who seems to fully get what you're going through?

Something larger is shifting

And here's what makes all of this even harder to navigate alone. The rules you've been operating from, about success, leadership, what a good life should look like, were absorbed before you had the language to question them. The invisible pattern keeping you stuck is both biological and inherited. Your system is wired to keep you safe, and "safe" means familiar, even when familiar isn't working anymore.

But it's not just you. The world around you is shifting too. The old models are losing their grip. The approaches that got you here weren't just built for a version of success that doesn't fit you anymore. They were built for a world that's becoming something else entirely. You can feel it, even if you can't name it.

You've simply outgrown the rules you were given. And no one has helped you see that yet, let alone shown you what becomes possible when you do.

You don't need someone to help you think about what's wrong. You need someone who can actually see what's been holding you at this level and help you move through it. Not talk about it. Move through it.

And underneath all of this, there's a fear you don't say out loud: maybe you've hit your actual ceiling. Maybe this is as far as you go.

It's not. But I understand why it feels that way.

MY STORY

I didn't find this work through a textbook. I found it by living it.

For 20 years, I built a handbag design business from the ground up. Over 140 stores worldwide, completely unconventional, built entirely on trusting my own instincts. It worked precisely because I refused to do it like everyone else.

Then I transitioned into coaching, and I stopped trusting myself.

I convinced myself I didn't know how to run a service-based business. So I followed other people's playbooks, adopted their sales frameworks, used their marketing plans. None of it felt right. For years. Not because I wasn't capable. Because I had abandoned the very thing that made me successful: my own knowing.

The moment I stopped following everyone else's formula and started trusting myself again, everything changed. What changed everything wasn't a better strategy. It wasn't anything I could have found in a framework or a program. It was seeing the pattern I'd been living inside of, and building from a different foundation entirely.

The block isn't what you think it is. It's not a strategy gap. It's not a lack of information. It's an invisible pattern running underneath everything, and you can't see it from inside your own experience. You need someone who can.

And once I saw it in myself, I started seeing it everywhere.

That's when I knew this was my work. Not just understanding patterns intellectually, but actually helping people see and clear what's been blocking them at the deepest level.

So I trained. Extensively. Coaches Training Institute. EFT certification. Spiritual Response Technique. Somatic healing. Over a decade of developing my intuitive and channeling abilities to see what most people can't see from inside their own experience. I spent years integrating these modalities with over 20 years of real-world business leadership, specifically to help people break through the plateaus that strategy alone can't touch.

But the credentials aren't what make this work work.

I see patterns. I make connections most people can't make from inside their own experience. I'll notice something in our second session that connects to something you said in our first, and it unlocks what you've been circling for months. I never quite know where a session is going to go until I can sit in your energy and feel where you most need to go.

My clients tell me that's the most valuable part of working with me. It's the part I trust the most.

This is why I do this work.

What I bring isn't just insight. It's an intuitive precision. The ability to see what others miss. The invisible pattern, the inherited rules, who you became because of them. I see it, I name it, and I help you clear it safely. Because this is the piece that's been missing. Not more strategy. Not more effort. Not more self-awareness. The piece that's been missing is someone who can see what you can't and help you move it.

Integrative Coaching

Private, one-on-one coaching with Paige Hamilton

This is where that happens. Private, one-on-one work where we see and interrupt the invisible patterns keeping you stuck, so you can stop building from rules you absorbed along the way and start building from who you actually are.

This isn't a program with modules and a pre-set curriculum. There's no one-size-fits-all playbook. Because that's exactly what hasn't been working for you.

We work at your pace. We go where the work needs to go. And we stay with it long enough for the change to actually hold.

Breakthrough doesn't come from more strategy. It comes from clearing what's actually blocking you at the deepest level. That's what we do together.

Lead differently, from the inside out. Make bold decisions from a place of trust. Build a life that feels deeply right in your bones. That's what we do together.

This is not about changing who you are. It is about finally having the safety to operate as you.

Here's how working with me unfolds.

Every client's path is different. But the deeper process moves through four phases. These aren't rigid steps on a timeline. They're a map for how real transformation happens when you're willing to address what's underneath.

PHASE 1

See

I see what you can't.

We begin by finding the invisible block that's been running the show. The hidden wall you keep hitting but can’t see on your own. Using my intuitive abilities and trained eye, I identify where it's showing up: in your business, your leadership, your decisions, your daily life. We map the pattern together so you can see what's been keeping you at this ceiling.

This is where the confusion starts to lift. You stop blaming yourself and begin understanding why you've been stuck. And once you see the pattern, you can't unsee it. There's a relief in that. A steadiness that wasn't there before. And a readiness to do something about it.

PHASE 2

Break

We interrupt the pattern safely and free what’s stuck

This is where the deeper work lives. Not the “push through” it kind of work. I use and teach you nervous system tools and intuitive guidance so your mind, body, and emotions can handle the shift, because bold change needs to be done safely. Together, we find your first aligned move. Not what you "should" do, but what's actually true for you. And we work through the resistance as it comes up, because it will. That's not a setback. That's part of breakthrough.

As the old pattern loosens its grip, something opens. Decisions that felt paralyzing begin to feel clear. Perspectives shift and new creative solutions start to reveal themselves. You start moving with an ease you may not have felt in a long time, and your body begins to trust that this change is safe.

PHASE 3

Build

We create from your truth.

With the old pattern interrupted, we build from who you actually are, not from who you were taught to be—an aligned strategy from your new foundation. This might look like pricing, offers, messaging, visibility, boundaries, leadership, relationships, how you structure your time, how you take care of yourself. Whatever needs to shift now that you're no longer operating from the old pattern. And we work on who you’re becoming, not just what you’re doing.

I keep spotting patterns and blind spots as we build, because building always reveals what needs attention next. And this is where transformation becomes visible. The strategies you implement actually work because you’re not fighting against an invisible pattern anymore. Different clients show up. Better standards hold. Clearer decisions come faster. Your external reality starts reflecting the internal shift that's already happened.

PHASE 4

Integrate

We make it sustainable.

We deepen the new pattern so it becomes your new normal. Not just a temporary high, but an embodied shift. I give you practices and tools to maintain this on your own. We look honestly at where you might backslide, because integration isn't linear. And something deeper settles: the felt sense that it's safe to be you. Not as an affirmation, but as a lived experience.

And as you grow into new levels, new patterns will surface. That's not a failure. That's depth. It's why many of my clients stay or return. Leading boldly isn't a one-time fix. It's an ongoing commitment to who you're becoming.

What makes this different:

I don't follow a formula. I follow you. I follow your energy.

Every session goes where it needs to go. Sometimes we're working on a spreadsheet. Sometimes we're unpacking a belief. Sometimes I'm being guided to highlight something you didn't even know was connected, so that you can make a conscious choice to shift it. Or not.

The work reveals itself in real time. That's what makes it so effective.

This is how you create bold change without burning out.

This is how you transform without abandoning yourself.

This is how change actually lasts.

You break the pattern. You build from truth.

Our journey together is designed around you.

Not the other way around.

When you apply, we'll have an honest conversation about what you're navigating, and I'll share my read on what I think would serve you most. From there, we co-create a rhythm and focus that fits your life, your pace, and the depth of work you're ready for.

Your experience will be unlike anyone else’s.

That’s by design.

Every client's path is different because every client is different. What I can tell you is what stays consistent no matter who I'm working with.

When we're in session together, I'm in your energy, identifying what's running underneath. Most clients feel something shift early on, a clarity or relief they weren't expecting. When someone can finally see what's been invisible, something in your system relaxes. You stop bracing. You start breathing.

Between sessions, I'm tracking patterns across everything we've explored together. When something connects or emerges, I hold it until we’re together again. You're not carrying this alone between our conversations, and you're not starting from scratch every time we meet. The threads build on each other.

Some sessions are strategic. Some are somatic. Some are both in the same hour. I follow where your energy is leading me, not a plan. And we move at whatever pace your system can actually integrate, because rushing transformation doesn't make it stick. It makes it collapse. What needs to emerge will emerge in its own timing, and part of my role is trusting that timing even when your mind wants to push ahead.

Over time, something deeper shifts. It's not abstract. You feel it in your body, in the way you make decisions, in the way you stop performing and start leading from a place that's actually yours. The people around you notice. Your results reflect it. And the changes hold because they're not built on effort. They're built on a foundation that you’ve cleared and rebuilt from truth.

And there's something I want to be transparent about. Typically around month three or four, when the old pattern starts to lose its grip, resistance often shows up. It might sound like doubt. It might feel like suddenly questioning everything we've done together, or wanting to pull back right when things are starting to move. I tell my clients the same thing every time: the inner critic gets loud when we're onto something big. This happens precisely because the change is working. Your system is reorganizing, and the old pattern doesn't let go easily.

This is the most important stretch. It's the moment where transformation either deepens or stalls. That's why I ask for a minimum commitment of six months. Not as a policy, but because I want to make sure we get you to the other side.

What my clients tell me most often isn't about a specific breakthrough moment. It's that they feel safe enough to be honest about what's really going on.

And from that safety, everything else becomes possible.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

My clients come to me after trying everything else. They're experienced, capable, doing all the "right" things, and stuck. Within months of working together, they break through plateaus they've been hitting for years. Not because they learned a new strategy, but because we found and cleared what was actually blocking them.

"My life has made a complete 180 degree turn-around during the time I worked with Paige as my coach. She helped me to see patterns that were limiting me and gave me the courage, support and tools to take big risks like leaving a dead-end job, moving to a new city, and landing my dream job just 4 months after receiving my Masters' Degree. Plus, I received a promotion during my first week."

Caitie M., Jacksonville, FL

"I felt hopeless in my business, like I couldn't do it, and after having 2 sessions with Paige, I now feel capable and competent."

Pam G., Graphic Designer & Entrepreneur, Long Island, NY

"Paige has such a talent for this. Her intelligence and empathy made for a transformational experience. I swear my brain is firing differently. She's the real deal. I wasn't expecting much and I walked away from our first session a new person."

Jackie Y., Small Business Owner, Los Angeles, CA

"After our session, I woke up in the middle of the night and noticed I did not have that gnawing feeling of dread that had been coming up for the last few weeks. I was at peace. I can't even remember what was keeping me up at night."

Marybeth E., Productivity Consultant, Lancaster, PA

"Every time we have a session, I always get something extremely valuable from it. Working with Paige is like therapy for my business."

Simona M., Apparel Designer & Entrepreneur, Los Angeles, CA

ABOUT ME

I'm an integrative coach, and I've been an entrepreneur for over 20 years.

I started my career as an independent archivist for art and fashion collections in New York before founding a handbag design and manufacturing company that grew into over 140 stores worldwide. That experience gave me more than business acumen. It gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to build something real, sustain it, and know when it's time to evolve.

My wisdom is a curation of over 20 years of business and entrepreneurial acumen, a unique ability to make connections most people can't make on their own, and extensive training in the modalities that actually shift what's stuck. I'm a graduate of Coaches Training Institute and certified in EFT and Spiritual Response Technique. I've studied somatic healing and spent years developing my intuitive and channeling abilities. I blend these pragmatic methods with a healthy dose of good old fashioned raw intuition.

My approach works across every layer, mind, body, emotions, and the deeper knowing that lives beneath all three, because that's what it actually takes to break through a plateau that lives beneath strategy.

I've built a life that matches who I actually am. Work I love, at a pace that's sustainable, with the freedom and presence I spent years learning how to create. What felt impossible became real. Not through a formula. Through the same integrative process I now guide my clients through.

When I'm not coaching, I'm probably somewhere I haven't been before. I love to travel, particularly urban locales, though I require the ocean and nature for optimum living. I live with my partner and our very opinionated pets. I believe in doing deep work without taking yourself too seriously, and that the most powerful changes happen when you feel safe enough to be exactly who you are.

Is this for you?

This is for you if

You've built something real and you know you're capable of more, but something invisible keeps getting in the way. You've tried other approaches, other coaches, other frameworks, and they gave you awareness but not movement.

You're beginning to sense that what's keeping you stuck isn't a strategy problem. It's something deeper. Something about the rules you followed, the version of success you were handed, the way you built all of this in the first place.

You're not looking for someone to hand you a playbook and send you off to implement. You're looking for someone who can see what you can't, help you clear it, and build from a foundation that's actually yours. You're ready for work that honors all of you, not just your business plan, but your body, your nervous system, and the deeper knowing that lives beneath strategy.

And you're willing to commit. To be honest, to sit with what's uncomfortable, and to stay with the process long enough for the change to actually hold.

This is not for you if

You're looking for a quick fix or a paint-by-numbers business strategy. If you want someone to tell you exactly what to do without exploring why you haven't been able to do it. If you're not willing to look at what's underneath the surface. Or if you're not in a place where you can commit to this kind of deep, ongoing work, financially or energetically.

That's not a judgment. It's honesty about what this work requires to do what it's meant to do. And I'd rather be upfront about that now than have either of us discover it later.

Questions you might be asking…

How long do most clients work with you?

It depends on what you're navigating, but this isn't short-term work. Real transformation takes time, and the commitment we agree on together reflects that. Some clients complete what they came for and move on. Some stay for years because new levels bring new patterns, and they value having someone who can see what's next. We'll talk about what makes sense for you during the application process.

What if I've tried coaching before and it didn't work?

Most of my clients have. That's often part of what brought them here. The approaches that didn't work likely addressed strategy, mindset, or accountability without reaching what's actually keeping you stuck. If the invisible pattern underneath stays in place, no amount of strategy will move the needle. That's the depth of where our work together reaches. We address the full picture, energetics, strategy, mindset, and the visionary work, together.

What modalities do you use?

I'm trained in EFT, Spiritual Response Technique, somatic healing, and I draw on my intuitive and channeling abilities in every session. But I don't decide what we'll use before we begin. I follow where your energy is leading me and bring whatever will serve you most in that moment. Some sessions are deeply somatic. Some are pure strategy. Most are a blend that's hard to describe and better to experience.

Is this virtual or in person?

Sessions are virtual, which means we can work together regardless of where you are.

How often do we meet?

That's part of what we shape together. Some clients meet weekly with an integration week built in. Some prefer a different cadence. We find a pace that fits your life and allows the shifts to actually integrate.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you've read this far and something on this page has resonated, that's usually a good sign. But you don't have to know for certain before you apply. The application and our initial conversation are there to help both of us feel into whether this is the right fit. There's no pressure in that process.

What if I need to pause or something changes in my life?

Life happens. We talk about it. My approach is always to meet you where you are, and that includes the moments when life gets complicated.

THE INVITATION

You found your way here for a reason.

Maybe it was curiosity. Maybe it was the part of you that knows something needs to change. Maybe you're just tired of being stuck in a way that doesn't make sense for someone who has already proven what they're capable of.

Whatever it is, I want you to be honest with yourself about one thing:

What you’re navigating isn't going to resolve itself on its own.

Every month spent forcing what was never yours is a month further from what is.

The cost of staying in this place isn't just lost time or missed opportunities. It's the slow erosion of self-trust. It's another year of building from rules that were never yours to begin with.

And the approaches that got you this far were designed for a version of success you're already outgrowing.

But something else is also true. You don't have to stay here.

Imagine:

Making decisions without second-guessing yourself.

Trusting your instincts completely, even when the path looks different from what everyone else is doing.

Watching what felt impossible become something you're actually living.

Showing up powerfully in your work and relationships, not because you learned a new strategy, but because you cleared what was in the way of doing it naturally.

And knowing that the life you've built doesn't just feel successful. It feels right. It feels like yours.

That's not a fantasy. That's what happens when you stop trying to think your way through something that was never a thinking problem.

I take on a small number of clients at a time, and I open my roster for new clients periodically.

Here's how to get started.

1

You apply.

You fill out a short application telling me what you're navigating right now. It takes about 10-15 minutes, and the more open you are, the better I can see what's going on and whether we'd be a good fit.

2

You hear from me.

Within 48 business hours, you'll hear back from me personally. I take your application seriously, and my response will reflect that.

3

I share what I see.

Based on what I've learned from your application and what I sense about where you are, I'll share my honest read on what I think would serve you most, and what that looks like. You'll have space to ask questions and to sit with it before you decide.

And if the timing isn't right, that's okay too. Your timing is your timing, and I respect that. You can join the waitlist to be the first to know when the next intake opens.

Either way, this is not a click to buy.
It's the beginning of a conversation.

or join the waitlist for the next intake.

It's safe to be you.
It's safe to let change take you somewhere new.

Here's what it looks like from the moment you reach out.

You've built something real.

And yet something isn't moving.

You've made bold moves, navigated hard things, and proven, more than once, that you're capable of extraordinary things.

And yet something isn't moving. There's a ceiling you keep hitting, and no amount of effort, strategy, or self-awareness has been able to crack it.

Here's what nobody is telling you: the reason you can't break through isn't because you haven't tried hard enough. It isn't because you need a better strategy, a new framework, or more discipline. You've already proven you have all of that.

The reason you're stuck is something you can't see. And it's not something you can think your way through, no matter how smart or self-aware you are.

There's an invisible block running the show. It's stored in your system, not your intellect. It's why the strategies that work for everyone else don't work for you. It's why you keep hitting the same wall, doing all the right things, and staying exactly where you are.

And the most disorienting part? You know something is off. You can feel it. But you can't name it, and you're too exhausted to keep searching for it alone.

The Anatomy of Change

A live, deep dive experience into why change feels so hard — and how to finally move through it.

FREE LIVE MASTERCLASS · MARCH 18 @ 4 PM PST & MARCH 22 @ 11 AM PST

(SAME EXPERIENCE · 2 CHANCES TO ATTEND)

This is a live, experiential event. No replay available.

THE THING NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT

The reason you’re still buying personal development books, signing up to workshops, and investing in courses — it’s because you want something to be different. Every single one of those things requires change. And if your relationship with change is broken at the nervous system level, none of them will stick.

What if, instead of the next thing, you invested 90-ish minutes in understanding the one thing that makes all change possible?

In a decade of coaching, the one thing I’ve seen every single client have to navigate is change. It’s the common denominator for everything — the new habits, the difficult conversations, the career pivots, the next-level growth. Your relationship with change touches all of it.

MAYBE THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR

You want to make a change. You can feel it.

But every time you try to move toward it, something pulls you back.

  • You set the intention, make the plan, start strong — and somewhere around week three, the momentum stalls. You slide right back to where you started.

  • You’ve invested in coaching, courses, and frameworks that helped for a while — but the change didn’t hold. Not because they were bad. Because they never addressed the thing underneath.

  • You’re accomplished and capable. You’ve done hard things your whole life. So why can’t you make this happen? The shame of being stuck at this level is quietly corrosive.

  • The confidence you used to trust is quieter than it’s ever been, replaced by second-guessing and a growing suspicion that maybe you’ve hit your actual ceiling.

  • Your nervous system doesn’t care what your logical mind says. They’re not even on speaking terms. And nobody told you that’s why everything keeps stalling.

Free. Live. March 18 @ 4 pm PST & March 22 @ 11 am PST on Zoom

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a live, experiential session.

And by the end, you won’t just understand change differently.

You’ll have moved through something.

Getting honest about change.

We start by naming what actually comes up for you around change: the associations, the fears, the stories you’ve been carrying. Most people realize within the first few minutes that what they thought was a personal failing is something almost every person in the room is quietly experiencing. That recognition alone shifts something.

Why your body keeps pulling you back.

This is where everything starts to make sense. You’ll understand the four layers of resistance — neurological, psychological, social, and somatic — and for the first time see exactly what’s been happening inside you every time you’ve tried to move forward and stalled. This is usually the moment people say: “Oh. So it was never about willpower.”

Guided experiences that move something real.

This isn’t passive learning. You’ll move through guided exercises designed to shift something. Not just in your understanding, but in your body. You’ll leave with more than insight.

What becomes possible now.

We close by looking at what opens up when you stop fighting change and start understanding it. You’ll leave with experiencing my framework (See, Break, Build, Integrate) that makes the path forward feel less overwhelming. And more than that, you’ll leave knowing that the next time resistance shows up, it won’t have the same power over you.

What you’ll walk away with

Walk away from this Masterclass with a completely different understanding of why change has felt so hard — and for the first time, it won’t be because you believe something is wrong with you.

  • Name the thing that’s been holding you back, instead of just feeling its weight

  • Access your own fear patterns and inner wisdom through powerful guided exercises you can use again on your own

  • Sit in a room full of accomplished people navigating the same quiet struggle and feel the relief of realizing you’re not alone in this

  • Leave with a clear framework for moving through change safely, at your own pace, honoring your nervous system

And then consider what happens after. The next time you hit a wall, you won’t spiral. You’ll recognize the pattern, name it, and move through it in a fraction of the time. THIS IS FOR YOU IF

You don’t need another pep talk.

You need to understand why it’s been so hard.

  • You want to make a change — in your work, your life, the way you show up — but you can’t seem to get yourself to do it, and you’re done blaming yourself for that

  • You’ve invested in personal development (the books, the coaching, the courses), and it helped for a while, but the change didn’t stick, and you’re starting to wonder if anything will

  • You’re accomplished and capable, but you’ve hit a place you can’t think your way through …and the space between where you are and where you know you could be is growing

  • You suspect the problem isn’t strategy or willpower. It’s something deeper, something in your body, and you want to finally understand what that is

  • You’ve done hard things before, so the fact that you can’t make this happen is quietly eroding your trust in yourself

  • You’re drawn to depth, not hype. You want an honest conversation, not a motivational talk that fades by Tuesday

WHY I CREATED THIS

Because I spent nearly a decade stuck in the exact place you’re in. And I couldn’t understand why.

I built a successful handbag design business over 20 years — in over 140 stores worldwide. I did it by trusting my gut, ignoring the naysayers, and doing things my way. It worked.

Then, 10 years ago, I started my coaching business. Because I had never run a service-based business, I sought outside advice and, without realizing it, did the opposite. I followed others’ formulas. I adopted other people's sales and marketing strategies. For nearly a decade, I couldn't understand why everything felt so deeply misaligned.

But here's what surprised me: even after I discovered the problem, I couldn't just snap back. I'd spent years deferring to outside authority — trusting the experts over my own instincts. That habit had become its own pattern. And patterns don't break because you decide they should. So I had to do the very work I now teach.

I created this masterclass because I see this pattern everywhere: brilliant, accomplished people doing all the right things and wondering why it's not working. I've spent over a decade helping leaders break through the plateaus that strategy alone can't touch. Not through formulas. Through presence, pattern recognition, and a deep respect for the fact that change, done safely, is the most powerful thing a person can do.

This workshop is 90-ish minutes of what I wish someone had given me.

QUICK QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT BE ASKING

What exactly is this masterclass?

A free, live 90-minute-ish session on Zoom. It’s a real conversation with guided experiences — designed to be done together, in real time.

Is there a replay?

No. The exercises land differently live, and this is built to be experienced in the room, with my support for any resistance or concerns that may naturally pop up. It’s not meant to be watched later. That’s why I am offering it on 2 different times and days to accommodate most time zones.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Come as you are — but give yourself the gift of being fully present. Find a quiet spot where you won't be interrupted, put your phone on silent, and have a pen, some paper, and a glass of water or similar. The exercises ask you to be honest with yourself — that's easier without distractions or multi-tasking. An open mind is welcome, but curiosity is enough.

The change calling you isn’t going to stop. And it’s safe to finally understand why it’s been so hard.

This conversation is 90-ish minutes. The cost of not having it is measured in years. The ROI is the rest of your life.

MARCH 18 @ 4 PM PST & MARCH 22 @ 11 AM PST · 90-ish MINUTES · LIVE ON ZOOM · COMPLETELY FREE

The decision you’ve been circling for months? You’ll make it. The change that keeps stalling? It won’t have the same grip. This is what it means to understand your own resistance. Not just today, but for every hard thing that comes next.

It’s 90-ish minutes. The ROI is the rest of your life.
