Why is change so unbelievably hard?
You’ve read the books. Done the courses. Set the intentions. And you find yourself in the same place.
What if the problem was never your willpower, your strategy, or your desire — but something no one ever taught you about?

THE THING NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT
The reason you’re still buying personal development books, signing up to workshops, and investing in courses — it’s because you want something to be different. Every single one of those things requires change. And if your relationship with change is broken at the nervous system level, none of them will stick.
What if, instead of the next thing, you invested 90 minutes in understanding the one thing that makes all change possible?
In a decade of coaching, the one thing I’ve seen every single client have to navigate is change. It’s the common denominator for everything — the new habits, the difficult conversations, the career pivots, the next-level growth. Your relationship with change touches all of it.
MAYBE THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR
You want to make a change. You can feel it.
But every time you try to move toward it, something pulls you back.
You set the intention, make the plan, start strong — and somewhere around week three, the momentum stalls. You slide right back to where you started.
You’ve invested in coaching, courses, and frameworks that helped for a while — but the change didn’t hold. Not because they were bad. Because they never addressed the thing underneath.
You’re accomplished and capable — you’ve done hard things your whole life. So why can’t you make this happen? The shame of being stuck at this level is quietly corrosive.
The confidence you used to trust is quieter than it’s ever been, replaced by second-guessing and a growing suspicion that maybe you’ve hit your actual ceiling.
Your nervous system doesn’t care what your logical mind says. They’re not even on speaking terms. And nobody told you that’s why everything keeps stalling.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
This isn’t a lecture. It’s a live, experiential session.
And by the end, you won’t just understand change differently.
You’ll have moved through something.
Getting honest about change.
We start by naming what actually comes up for you around change — the associations, the fears, the stories you’ve been carrying. Most people realize within the first few minutes that what they thought was a personal failing is something almost every person in the room is quietly experiencing. That recognition alone shifts something.
Why your body keeps pulling you back.
This is where everything starts to make sense. You’ll understand the four layers of resistance — neurological, psychological, social, and somatic — and for the first time see exactly what’s been happening inside you every time you’ve tried to move forward and stalled. This is usually the moment people say: “Oh. So it was never about willpower.”
Guided experiences that move something real.
This isn’t passive learning. You’ll move through guided exercises designed to shift something — not just in your understanding, but in your body. You’ll leave with more than insight.
What becomes possible now.
We close by looking at what opens up when you stop fighting change and start understanding it. You’ll leave with experiencing my framework — See, Break, Build, Integrate — that makes the path forward feel less overwhelming. And more than that, you’ll leave knowing that the next time resistance shows up, it won’t have the same power over you.
What you’ll walk away with
Walk away from this 90 minutes with a completely different understanding of why change has felt so hard — and for the first time, it won’t be because you believe something is wrong with you.
Name the thing that’s been holding you back, instead of just feeling its weight
Access your own fear patterns and inner wisdom through powerful guided exercises you can use again on your own
Sit in a room full of accomplished people navigating the same quiet struggle and feel the relief of realizing you’re not alone in this
Leave with a clear framework for moving through change safely, at your own pace, honoring your nervous system
And then consider what happens after. The next time you hit a wall, you won’t spiral. You’ll recognize the pattern, name it, and move through it in a fraction of the time. The decision you’ve been circling for months? You’ll make it. The change that keeps stalling? It won’t have the same grip. This is what it means to understand your own resistance — not just today, but for every hard thing that comes next.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF
You don’t need another pep talk.
You need to understand why it’s been so hard.
You want to make a change — in your work, your life, the way you show up — but you can’t seem to get yourself to do it, and you’re done blaming yourself for that
You’ve invested in personal development (the books, the coaching, the courses), and it helped for a while, but the change didn’t stick, and you’re starting to wonder if anything will
You’re accomplished and capable, but you’ve hit a place you can’t think your way through …and the space between where you are and where you know you could be is growing
You suspect the problem isn’t strategy or willpower. It’s something deeper, something in your body, and you want to finally understand what that is
You’ve done hard things before, so the fact that you can’t make this happen is quietly eroding your trust in yourself
You’re drawn to depth, not hype. You want an honest conversation, not a motivational talk that fades by Tuesday
WHY I CREATED THIS
Because I spent nearly a decade stuck in the exact
place you’re in. And I couldn’t understand why.
I built a successful handbag design business over 20 years, in over 140 stores worldwide. I did it by trusting my gut, ignoring the naysayers, and doing things my way. It worked.
Then, 10 years ago, I started my coaching business (and because I didn’t think I knew how to run a service-based business), I sought outside advice. And without realizing it, I did the opposite of my handbag business. I followed the formulas. I adopted other people's strategies, their marketing and sales methodologies, their frameworks. For nearly a decade, I couldn't understand why everything felt so deeply misaligned. I was doing everything "right." And it felt completely wrong.
But here's what surprised me: even after I could see the problem, I couldn't just snap back. I'd spent years training my nervous system to defer to outside authority in my coaching business and to trust the experts over my own instincts. That habit had become its own pattern. And patterns don't break because you decide they should.
It wasn't until I discovered that I'm literally wired differently — that my entire system is designed for a fundamentally different approach — that I stopped forcing myself into frameworks that were never built for someone like me. In the past nine months, I've been turning that ship around. And wow! It feels so different (and right!)
I created The Anatomy of Change Masterclass because I see this pattern everywhere. People who are brilliant, capable, and accomplished, doing all the right things and wondering why it's not working. Nobody is telling them that the problem isn't their effort. It's that they're fighting their own biology.
I have trained extensively in the science and the soul of change (EFT, Spiritual Response Technique (SRT), somatic healing, nervous system regulation, intuitive pattern recognition) because I learned the hard way that awareness alone isn't enough. I've spent over a decade helping leaders break through the plateaus that strategy alone can't touch. Not through formulas. Through presence, pattern recognition, and a deep respect for the fact that change, done safely, is the most powerful thing a person can do.
This workshop is 90 minutes of what I wish someone had given me.

QUICK QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT BE ASKING
What exactly is this masterclass?
A free, live 90-minute-ish session on Zoom. It’s a real conversation with guided experiences — designed to be done together, in real time.
Is there a replay?
No. The exercises land differently live, and this is built to be experienced in the room, with my support for any resistance or concerns that may naturally pop up. It’s not watched later, alone.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Come as you are — but give yourself the gift of being fully present. Find a quiet spot where you won't be interrupted, put your phone on silent, and have a pen, some paper, and a glass of water or similar. The exercises ask you to be honest with yourself — that's easier without distractions or multi-tasking. An open mind is welcome, but curiosity is enough.
The change calling you isn’t going to stop. And it’s safe to finally understand why it’s been so hard.
This conversation is 90-ish minutes. The cost of not having it is measured in years.
MARCH 15 @ 11 AM PST & MARCH 18 @ 4 PM PST · 90-ish MINUTES · LIVE ON ZOOM · COMPLETELY FREE
No replay. A live, experiential conversation about change— and exercises designed to shift something you’ve been carrying
